Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. All items ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive the tracking number(s) once your order has processed, allowing you to follow your shipment from when it leaves our warehouse up to the time of arrival.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do find an issue, take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement at support@1of1hundred.com.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@1of1hundred.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

All returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1910 Pacific Ave, Suite 2000 PMB 1132, Dallas, TX 75201.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact us at support@1of1hundred.com or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
